On March 22, 2012, at around 23:52, the Defendant driven a b-purd motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 1.26 km from the front Do to the road of approximately 531-9, Dong-dong, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si to the same Gu.
