A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year.
However, as to the Defendants, this is against the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No one shall engage in a business of raising money under the pretext of deposits, installment savings, installment savings, deposits, etc. by unspecified persons under an agreement to pay the whole amount of principal or any amount in excess thereof in the future without obtaining authorization, permission, registration, or report under finance-related Acts and subordinate statutes.
