Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the owner of G Gameland in the F1st floor in Seopopopo City, and Defendant B is the general manager of the game site, such as the issuance of a storage certificate, in the event that the above A remains, and Defendant C and D are employees in charge of oil and cleaning.

1. No game products related business entities in violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act by Defendant A and B shall allow them to engage in gambling or other speculative acts, or leave them to do so, using game products;

Nevertheless, from around December 8, 201 to January 11, 2012, the Defendants conspired to establish 50 games in the said G Gameland, and 50 games in the “new water language,” and, if the Defendants obtain the points by means of a contingency association (raw up page, slot, box, box, box box, box box, box box, box box box, box box box, box box box, letter box box) on the screen, they issued to customers a custody certificate stating “10,00 points” and, if the said certificate of custody is requested from customers, they had customers enter the said game in the said game machine so that customers can resume the said game and engage in speculative acts by exchanging the value of the said certificate of custody, or leave them to do so.

2. Defendant C and D’s Defendants in violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act knew that the said Defendants engaged in the game room business illegally as described in the foregoing paragraph (1) and assist them in doing so. From December 8, 2011 to January 11, 2012, Defendant C and D received 5-60,000 won per day from around December 8, 2011 to around January 7, 2012 (Defendant D from around December 8, 2011 to around January 7, 2012) and brought about a difference from coffee to customers. Upon receipt of a request for the exchange of a custody certificate, the Defendants work in the said game room by inserting the amount corresponding to the points indicated in the custody certificate into the game machine so that customers can resume the game.
