Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. From January 1, 1998, Plaintiff A, who operates the Plaintiff’s mushroom C, started with a mushroom farming house in Kim Jong-si, and expanded the mushroom farming house in February 2002, and established Plaintiff B (hereinafter “Plaintiff A”) in 2005, and newly built a mushroom farming house in 2007.
