The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. Around January 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim on the hand floor of the victim on the ground that the victim was able to face the left or left-hand turn at the window B of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, on the ground that there was a fallation with the victim on the part of E of the victim D (24 years old) who was coming to walk with the former husband in order to return home with the former husband; and (b) on the ground that there was a fallation with the victim, the Defendant committed assault against the victim at one time on the part of the victim’s left son.

(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention (Article 260(3) and (1) of the Criminal Act);

B. The victim expressed his intention not to punish him after the prosecution of this case

C. Judgment dismissing public prosecution (Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act)
