1. It is confirmed that E is not the representative of the defendant.

2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a clan comprised of the descendants of H, who is the seven years of age of FJ G with the FJ 7 years of age.

The plaintiffs are clan members of the defendant.

The defendant's rules include the following contents:

Article 4 (Qualifications of Branch Members) (1) The clan members of this clan shall be the members of the clan from among the descendants of H, who are seven years of age of F Jung-si G, who become adults under the Civil Act.

E sent on March 17, 2015 a letter of gift with the following contents in convening the above extraordinary general meeting:
