Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 17, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and 40 hours in education due to similar rape in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch on January 17, 201, and such sentence became final and conclusive on the 25th of the same month.

A person subject to registration of personal information shall submit his/her personal information to the head of a police agency having jurisdiction over his/her domicile or residence within 30 days from the date the personal information is confirmed pursuant to Article 43 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes, and shall report the changed personal information pursuant to Article 43 (3) of the same Act within 20 days from the date the first submitted personal information is altered, and the head of a police agency shall be present at a police agency having jurisdiction over his/her domicile every one year from the date of first registration in accordance with Article 43 (4) of the same Act and shall have the head of a police agency store and keep

Around October 6, 2015, the Defendant was admitted to the Silung Police Station for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (Liju and Unlicensed Driving) and thus, was detained on December 18, 2015, and was released from the prison on April 5, 2016 during the prison life.

Nevertheless, the Defendant:

1. Around December 18, 2015, even though his/her actual place of residence has been changed from the member B to the chemical vocational training prison in Ansan-si, the fact was not reported to the head of the correctional institution within 20 days, and

2. On June 17, 2016, the fact was not reported to the head of the competent police agency having jurisdiction over the domicile and residence within 20 days, even though his/her actual domicile was changed to Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do; and

3. Although the police officer should be present at the police office every one year from March 31, 2014, the initial registration date, and take photographs, he/she did not appear in the police office having jurisdiction over his/her domicile until March 31, 2016, after photographing around March 28, 2015.
