The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly adopted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning of the judgment, the court below was just in finding that the court below convicted all of the facts charged in this case of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes and the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (influence). In so doing, the court below did not err by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations as alleged in the grounds of appeal and by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
