A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was willing to commit an indecent act by deceiving women's chest while getting on and getting a bicycle.

1. On July 24, 2019, at around 01:45, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim B (a) who walked a path in front of Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, Seoul (around 01:50 years old); (b) went through the victim’s side by getting a bicycle, and (c) brought about the victim’s chest by the victim’s own hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.

2. On July 24, 2019, at around 01:56, the Defendant discovered the victim D (tentative name, leisure, age 24) waiting in front of the Incheon Bupyeong-gu E at the crosswalk, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and 24 years old), followed the victim by leaving the victim’s horses, and then, the victim’s her son her son her son her son her son her son her son her son her son around the Incheon Bupyeong-gu F, and her her son her son her son her bicycle from the Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and her her son her son her son.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.

3. On July 24, 2019, at around 01:58, the Defendant discovered the victim H (a person’s name, leisure, 35 years of age) who was walking along the road in front of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City I, and had the victim walked the victim, and the victim followed the victim by driving away from the “K’s parking lot located in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City,” which led the victim to the disregarding the victim, caused the victim’s loss by the victim’s own loss from the “K’s parking lot in the Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and caused the victim’s chest.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.
