Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in village bus operation.

On July 11, 2013, the defendant was driving the above village bus around 11:30 on July 11, 2013, and was driving the three-lanes in front of the Osan Public Health Center in Osan-si, Osan-si, Osan-si, and was driving the three-lanes from the distance of the public health center to the distance of the playground, and became the passenger after stopping at the bus stop installed at that place.

In this case, the driver has a duty of care to prevent passengers from falling off the bus by safely starting the door after checking passengers' getting on and off the bus.
