A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 20, 2010, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 5 million at the Changwon District Court on September 20, 2010, by a fine of KRW 2 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and on September 29, 2014, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 5 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.

No person shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the above Oral Ba, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1.

【Criminal Facts】 The Defendant is a holder of a non-registered floudio, without a license plate.

No person shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.

Nevertheless, at around 10:00 on December 2, 2019, the Defendant operated the 100-meter section from the front of the F in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si to the front of the H located in G in Kimhae-si, and the above 100-meter section without mandatory insurance.
