1. The Defendant’s KRW 54,943,621 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of 6% from August 1, 2015 to September 22, 2015, and the following.

1. Indication of claim;

A. From January 1, 2014 to July 31, 2015, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with safety harmony, subdivisions, bricks, etc., and the Defendant did not pay part of the price of the goods to the Plaintiff and paid KRW 54,943,621.

B. The Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 54,943,621, as well as the amount of KRW 54,943,621, from August 1, 2015 to the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, 6% per annum as stipulated in the Commercial Act, and delay damages according to the ratio as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning
