Criminal facts

On November 22, 2007, the Incheon District Court sentenced the defendant and the requester for an attachment order (hereinafter referred to as "defendant") to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection of Victims Thereof (special rape) on November 11, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence on June 30, 2016, after being sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for not more than one year and eight months at the Incheon District Court for fraud.

[2] The Defendant, based on the fact that there are many women who engage in commercial sex acts by receiving money from smartphone-rating display display, such as “E”, “F”, “G”, etc., and by using the fact that there are many other women who engage in commercial sex acts, the Defendant was willing to rape the women who will engage in commercial sex acts by inducing them to do so, and using excessive efforts prepared in advance.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. B.
