1. The Plaintiff, the Defendant Company A, and the Defendant Company B, are listed in attached Forms 1 and 2, respectively.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives (hereinafter “the Federation”).

(2) On June 26, 2014, on each real estate listed in the separate sheet 1, on June 30, 2014, a truster C, D, E, F, G and debtor enter into a real estate security trust agreement with H Co., Ltd., the first beneficiary of H Co., Ltd., the Korea Fisheries Cooperatives, the Korea Fisheries Cooperatives under the South Navy-gun Fisheries Cooperatives, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of trust with respect to the said real estate. (2) The Suhyup entered into a real estate security trust agreement with the truster and debtor as to each real estate listed in the separate sheet 2, on June 26, 2014, with respect to which the truster and debtor entered in the separate sheet 2, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the said real estate by reason of trust.

3) On February 21, 2014, the Suhyup Co., Ltd. entered into a real estate security trust agreement with a truster J, K, L, and further Pison Pison Co., Ltd. with a debtor as more Pison Pison Co., Ltd., large Pison Pison Pison Pison Pison Pison Pison Pison Pison Pison Pison Pison Pison Pison Pison Pison Pison Pison Pison Pison Pisonc, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of trust with respect to the above real estate (attached Form 1, 2,

4) Under Article 141-4 of the Fisheries Cooperatives Act, the Suhyup Cooperatives established the Plaintiff as a legal entity that separates the credit business on December 1, 2016.

B. Each real estate listed in the currently attached list 1 and 2 is possessed by Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant A”) and each real estate listed in the attached list 3 by Defendant B (hereinafter “Defendant B”) without the Plaintiff’s consent.
