On June 7, 2016, at around 05:30, the Defendant driven a B 130 vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content B 0.109% of alcohol content, from the vicinity of a wooden wedding place in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu to the front of the middle sand distance in the same Gu, Samsan-dong.
