1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) As to shares of 1/2 of the real estate listed in Schedule 1:

Reasons

The real estate listed in paragraph (1) of the Schedule was owned by the Plaintiff and the Defendant jointly owned 1/2 shares. The real estate listed in Paragraph (2) of the Attached Schedule was owned by the Plaintiff 1.585/10 shares, by the Defendant 6.83/10 shares, by each real estate listed in paragraphs (3) through (6) of the Attached Schedule 3.46164/790 shares, by the Plaintiff, and by the Defendant 7.45836/790 shares. The real estate listed in Paragraph (7) of the Attached Schedule was owned by the Defendant alone.
(C) On November 1, 2011, the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed to divorce by reason of incombustibilitying the shares of the Defendant among the respective real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 through 6 and the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 7 of the separate sheet. On November 11, 2011, the Defendant completed the registration of the right to claim ownership transfer under the Seoul Central District Court’s registration No. 3976 on each of the instant real estate as the condition that the divorce takes effect is suspended.
On December 13, 2011, the Plaintiff and the Defendant made an agreement with the following contents (hereinafter “instant agreement”), and on the same day, a notary public was awarded authentication for a deed signed by a private person with the same law firm, joint law office, etc. No. 1612 on the same day.

The agreement of this case on each real estate entered in the joint name of the plaintiff and the defendant or in the name of the plaintiff does not explicitly state each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 3 through 6 of the separate sheet. However, in light of the fact that each of the above real estate is the site of the building listed in the separate sheet No. 2 of the separate sheet, and that the contents of the division of property and the defendant did not dispute over it, each of the above real estate is deemed the subject of the agreement
In the case of transfer, donation, or division of property from the defendant of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E 103 Dong 2111, the prior written consent of the defendant shall be given when the relevant real estate is sold or transferred to a third party.
