When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 22, 2015, at around 22:40, the Defendant started driving BM5 cars while under the influence of alcohol of about 100 meters from the distance of approximately 00 meters to the roads adjacent to the same roof-distance underground vehicle of the same roof-distance 2:50 square meters.
