Punishment of the crime

1. On March 10, 2017, the Defendant against the victim B posted a letter stating that he/she sold “non-stepid steker -XL” in access to the Nurier’s “Nan Highest Country,” a trading site of secondhand goods online, and sold the above 140,000 won to the victim who reported and contacted the letter.

A false statement was made.

However, in fact, the defendant did not have the above diskettes and did not have any intention or ability to sell it even if he received the money from the injured party.

The defendant deceivings the victim as above and transferred 140,000 won to the Saemaul Treasury Account (Account Number: C) in the name of the defendant on the same day from the victim.

2. The defendant's fraud against the victim D will sell the above 140,000 won diskettes to the victim who reported and contacted the comments posted as described in paragraph (1).

A false statement was made.

However, in fact, the defendant did not have the above diskettes and did not have any intention or ability to sell it even if he received the money from the injured party.

The defendant deceivings the victim as above and transferred 140,000 won to the Saemaul Treasury Account (Account Number: C) in the name of the defendant on the same day from the victim.

3. On March 22, 2017, the Defendant against the victim E posted a notice to sell “non-stepid steker - XL” in the same manner as the written in paragraph (1) at a light place, and then sells the above steket to the victim who reported and contacted the writing at KRW 135,000.

A false statement was made.

However, in fact, the defendant did not have the above diskettes and did not have any intention or ability to sell it even if he received the money from the injured party.

The defendant deceivings the victim as above and transferred KRW 135,00 to the Saemaul Treasury Account (Account Number: C) in the name of the defendant on the same day from the victim.
