Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On March 14, 2013, at the front of the D Embassy located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, around 02:40 on March 14, 2013, the Defendant destroyed the said car to have approximately KRW 4,385,635 on the repair cost, on the ground that the victim E, a security personnel, who was parked there, obstructed the passage of the F C, a car managed by the victim E, who was a security personnel, has obstructed the passage of the said car and caused a harmony.
