On January 27, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 03:20 on January 27, 2016, the Defendant: (b) around 03:20, left the victim’s property owned by the victim B prior to the 337 Tran-ro, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, a 337 Tran-ro 1st century; and (c) caused the damage to the victim’s property by making it possible for the victim to pay repair expenses.
