A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall arrange or solicit the employment of foreigners who have no status of sojourn eligible for employment activities as a business.

Nevertheless, the defendant received a request from B and C to request the recruitment of foreign workers who will work on the steel site from B and C in receipt of a request from D, and upon such request, the defendant formed a small-scale steel bars team at the construction site and manages them, together with the foreign workers at the construction site.
