A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 29, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) in the Incheon District Court’s Vice-Support on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief).
1. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective injury with a deadly weapon, etc.) was a customer of “E” operated by the victim D (V, 62 years of age), and the victim F (V, 62 years of age) was a person who operated a restaurant around the main place and was in close relation with the victim D.
