1. For the plaintiffs:
A. Defendant F, G, H, and I are about 1/4 shares of each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 through 5.
Reasons
Basic Facts
A land survey report was made on March 10, 191 with respect to the 200 square meters, L 167 square meters, and M 164 square meters in Gyeonggi-do, the 200 square meters, and the 164 square meters in the 164 square meters in the 10th of the 3th of the 1914.
The cadastral record of each of the above lands was destroyed due to the disaster of June 25, the restoration and the transfer registration was completed due to the following circumstances:
The registration for the preservation of ownership has been completed on June 13, 1957 by the Government District Court of the Dongcheon District Court of the Republic of Korea (the land before the division of the first-third real estate of this case) of the 200 K prior to the division, under the receipt No. 1720 on June 13, 1957, with the "date of receipt of registration for the preservation of ownership and the receipt number" and the "owner P". The registration for the preservation of ownership has been completed on June 29, 2000 by the same registry office as the receipt No. 8379 on June 29, 200, and as of December 6, 1994, the registration for the transfer of ownership from P to May 26, 1998, each of the real estate of this case as stated in the attached Table No. 1 through 3 (hereinafter each of the real estate of this case).
A) The ownership preservation registration is completed with respect to “the date of receipt and receipt of ownership preservation registration” and “the date of receipt and receipt of ownership preservation registration” under the 1720 registry office of the Government District Court of L 167 square meters (i.e., 552 square meters, 4 real estate) on June 13, 1957, and “the owner P PP (MY)” under the 8379 of the same registry office on June 29, 200, as the 8379 of the same registry office on December 6, 1994, and the 1/4 shares transfer registration from PF, G, H, and I were completed on September 17, 2004 as the 3rd registry office on September 16, 204, respectively, on the grounds of inheritance by division as of December 29, 1994 (i.e., the above 1/6th registry office on September 14, 2004).
