1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 233,00,000 as well as 20% per annum from January 1, 2013 to the day of complete payment.

1. From March 29, 2010 to May 7, 2012, the Plaintiff is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the interest or delay damages at the rate of 20% per annum, which is the following day after the date of final calculation of interest, calculated by deducting the amount of KRW 245 million, which the Plaintiff was paid as principal, from the amount of KRW 478 million to the Plaintiff. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the interest or delay damages at the rate of KRW 20% per annum, which the Plaintiff seeks from January 1, 2013 to the date of final calculation of interest.
