Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

Punishment of the crime

On June 23, 2015, at around 23:25, the Defendant discovered his mobile phone from B (39 years of age) that caused the service of the Seoul Meet to the subway No. 2 (39 years of age) located in the New Airport of Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul. On June 23, 2015, the Defendant was tightly tightly tightly tightly protruding the victim’s shoulder, and shaking the Doz.

Article 49(1) of the Judgment on Railroad Safety Act provides that a person who uses trains or railroad facilities shall follow the directions of railroad workers for the safety, protection of railroads, and maintenance of order (Article 49(1)). Any person shall not interfere with the performance of duties of railroad workers by assault or intimidation (Article 49(2)), and any person who interferes with the performance of duties of railroad workers by assault or intimidation shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for not more than five years or by a fine not exceeding 50 million won.
