On January 11, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.072%, and around 21:44 on January 11, 201, the Defendant driven B rocketing Passenger Vehicles at the section of about 18km from the front of the Manyang-gu Mang-dong, Seoul to the front of the 432 Birst Station.
