Criminal facts

On February 14, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months at the Seoul Central District Court for fraud and one year and six months of suspended execution, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on February 22, 2014.

The defendant purchased an apartment in the name of the defendant with the name of "B" and the fact that the defendant had purchased the apartment in the name of the defendant was the old, but the defendant did not have a certain residence and occupation at the time, he was living in the above apartment, and as if he had income with a certain occupation, he planned to prepare related documents as if he had income, and to receive the loan for the purchase

However, the fact that the defendant was not the actual purchaser of the above apartment, did not reside in the above apartment, and there was no fact that he had worked as a director in the bank director.

The Defendant, along with the “B” in the name of the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, and acquired KRW 416,00,000 from the victim to the Japanese bank account under the name of the Defendant on the same day.
