1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of 700,000 won;

Punishment of the crime

On March 30, 2014, at around 00:00, the Defendant sold one disease of 1 kercerls and 1 kercercians, without confirming whether he/she is an adult, such as conducting an identification card to a minor DNA (16, female), E (15, female), F (15, female), G (15, female) at the head office of "C" located on the first floor of the building B of Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, which he/she operated.
