Around January 2015, I concluded a sales contract for the instant cargo to be exported to Japan 116 joints of steel pipes (hereinafter “instant cargo”).
On February 6, 2015, I concluded an insurance contract with the Plaintiff, Japan, 17,558,541 United Nations, in order to secure risks during the carriage of the instant cargo.
B. He requested the Defendant to transport the instant cargo from the Busan Port to the Busan Port.
On February 7, 2015, the Defendant issued a bill of lading (DYPS1504B06, hereinafter “instant bill of lading”) stating the fact that the instant cargo was received and loaded at the port of Busan (PHOS) and the instant cargo was not defective (hereinafter “instant bill of lading”).
However, the instant bill of lading does not mean that, even if the steel, steel, metal, or wood cargo was loaded in a non-displacement in this bill of lading, it does not mean that there is no defect, such as external melting, etc. at the time of the receipt of the cargo. If the consignor demands, the bill of lading also includes the phrase “to substitute the bill of lading with a bill of lading stating defects, such as melting, etc. that may be shown in the on-line receipt or examination certificate.”
(hereinafter referred to as “instant text”). C.
