1. The request is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

The Plaintiff asserts that the Defendant should pay the sum of KRW 101,324,292, out of KRW 118,438,110, and the unpaid amount of KRW 17,13,813,818 and the late payment charge of KRW 3,064,720, which was paid from December 2012 to October 2015, while operating the Masan-si 877-8, Ansanian Building 614 Co., Ltd.

The defendant argues that there is no unpaid management expenses, and the management expenses are composed of general management expenses, electricity fees, water supply fees, elevator usage fees, parking fees, etc., but the basis for the calculation of the management expenses incurred during the period is required to be clarified.

The plaintiff should clarify the amount of each item of management expenses and the basis for calculation, but only suggest the total amount of management expenses and the unpaid details (A 3, 4) imposed on each month.
