1. The defendant shall pay 1,00,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from March 24, 2018 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments as to the cause of the claim Gap's evidence Nos. 2 and 5, the plaintiff, on February 27, 2015, with respect to KRW 500,000,000, which was due without interest agreement, after approving the loan of the defendant's right to finance the new factory construction construction (within April 10, 2015), the remainder of KRW 500,000,000 within three months thereafter, shall be determined within three months from the loan. Accordingly, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff a delay compensation amount of KRW 1,00,000,000 as requested by the plaintiff as of March 24, 2018, which is the day following the delivery date of the original copy of the payment order of this case from March 24, 2018 to the day of full payment.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
