Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

On September 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) installed a steel fence in the vicinity of his house and obstructed the passage of village residents; (b) installed a steel fence in front of the said house, and subsequently interfered with the traffic of neighboring residents on the land through which the general vehicles of neighboring residents pass.
