Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates Emergency Medical Service Act shall interfere with the rescue, transfer, emergency treatment or medical treatment of an emergency patient by emergency medical personnel by means of violence, intimidation, deceptive scheme, threat of force or other means;

At around 19:00 on November 21, 2019, the Defendant interfered with the treatment of emergency medical personnel for emergency medical personnel by force on the ground that D (30 years of age) who is a doctor in charge in the first floor of the "C Hospital B" in Goyang-gu, Mangsan-si, the first floor of the "C Hospital B" caused blood transfusion without any medical explanation to himself/herself, and that he/she gets the blood transfusion.

2. The Defendant assaulted the victim E, a security guard (30 years of age) who was called out to contact that a disturbance occurred at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, and attempted to restrain the Defendant. As a result, the Defendant assaulted the victim by walking the victim’s clothes once.
