The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The main point of the grounds for appeal is that the lower court’s punishment (two million won of fine) is too unreasonable.

2. The judgment of the court below is recognized as favorable to the defendant, such as the fact that the defendant recognized the crime of this case as well as the fact that there is no record of punishment for the same crime. However, the crime of this case is committed in violation of the registered trademark right holder's right, and it is not good that it disturbs the market trade order, and the nature of the crime is not good. In full view of various circumstances, including the defendant's age, character and behavior, environment, family relationship, and circumstances after the crime of this case, the punishment of the court below is too unreasonable. Thus, the defendant's allegation of unfair sentencing is not accepted.

3. As such, the defendant's appeal is without merit, and it is dismissed under Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
