1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 319,353,920 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from July 14, 2019 to the day of full payment.

1. The description of the grounds for claims and the changed grounds for claims shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(4) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Public Notice) provides that “A creditor shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff” and “debtor”. Meanwhile, at the first date of pleading, the Plaintiff reduced the amount of damages for delay by 12% per annum from the following day of delivery of a copy of the claim of this case and the application for modification of the cause of the claim, to the day of full payment.”
