A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 12, 2020, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of intrusion upon residence at the Jeonju District Court's Military Mountain Branch on August 12, 202 and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 20, 2020.

On May 10, 2020, the Defendant requested F to the effect that “the case was damaged, and the agreement was reached with the victim. It is possible to help him to undergo an investigation at the police station.” On May 13, 2020, the Defendant entered F personal information in the column of the perpetrator in the written agreement made with the above D’s partner and G, the Defendant’s seat, and let him go to his name, and then let the F explain the place, method, etc. of the crime of the case of paragraph (1) through G, and let F make a false statement at the investigative agency.

Accordingly, around 13:43 on May 17, 2020, F made a false statement that F damaged D's car free will around 22:00 on May 8, 2020 to F's slope I belonging to the above police station at the criminal police station of 43 Gunsan-ro, Yan-ro, Yan-si and H team office of 43 Gunsan-si.

As a result, the Defendant instigated F to escape a person who commits a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.
