On May 12, 2013, at around 04:32, the Defendant driven Cpoter vehicles with a distance of approximately 4.5km from the bottom of Twit-ro, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon to the front road of 1220-1, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.077%.
