1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is an organization established pursuant to the National Sports Promotion Act, and the Plaintiff was a field leader registered with the Defendant’s Branch B Sports Association, and was working as a field tour of C High School from November 15, 2012.

B. On September 22, 2016, on the ground that C High School D et al. had delayed meals and left a large sound, the Plaintiff gathered them in a camping field to the floor, had their head bleeped on the floor, had them bleeped on a first-come-served basis, and blicked their head one time to blurd the blurgproof net.

C. On November 9, 2016, the Sports Council held a sports fairness committee to take the instant disciplinary measure against the Plaintiff for suspension of qualification for two years, based on the grounds for disciplinary action against the Plaintiff.

B Article 39 (Sports Process Committee) (1) of the Regulations of the Sports Association shall establish a Sports Process Committee to deliberate and resolve on matters concerning the management of regulations, commendation, disciplinary action, etc. of the Association and the Do sports organizations.

Article 21 (Scope of Investigation and Disciplinary Action) (1) of the Regulations of the Sports Process Committee (Scope of Investigation and Disciplinary Action) (1) Any person may report to the Committee any of the following facts, if he/she recognizes that any of the following facts is illegal or unjust in connection with the operation of the organization, the operation of the organization, and the operation of the Si/Gun sports association and Si/Gun sports

3. Disciplinary actions against a leader of a player under Article 23 of the Sexual Violence Act shall be taken as follows:

1. Heavy disciplinary action: Suspension of transfer, suspension of qualification, dismissal, expulsion;

2. Minor disciplinary action: Disciplinary action in accordance with attached Table 1 where it is deemed that an illegal or wrongful fact falling under the provisions of Article 21 (1) 1 through 4 (including any other similar violation) exists.
