Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On March 26, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 4 million for fraud at the Gwangju District Court, and was sentenced to three years for fraud, etc. on November 15, 2016, and appealed on November 21, 2016, and currently pending trial at the Changwon District Court.

1. The Defendant, in the course of operating the Do fraternity, Co., Ltd., Ltd. in around 2014, when the Defendant was operating the Do fraternity, the Defendant: (a) purchased and sold the cats from the Do fraternity; and (b) failed to pay the price; and (c) was unable to operate the fraternity by having filed a lawsuit against multiple criminal charges against the Do farm; (b) using another’s name, the Defendant: (a) committed a new corporation, using another’s name, with the intent to engage in a “TW business” (i.e., raising, wholesale, shipping, and distribution) by having the victim V, who operated the feed agency as the representative of the formal corporation; (c) committed a “FW limited company of the agricultural corporation” (the representative director replaced on October 19, 2015, closing the business on November 16, 2016); and (d) committed fraud by having the damaged person receive as collateral and receive as collateral for the feed to C.
On March 3, 2015, the Defendant stated that “The Defendant would pay for the feed at the time to the Defendant’s office, “I want to conduct a business with internal figures.
