Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who engages in the commercial operation with the trade name D from Busan-gu C and the third floor.
A prepaid installment business operator shall be determined by Presidential Decree.
Special Metropolitan City Mayor, Metropolitan City Mayors, Do Governors or Special Self-Governing Province Governors.
Nevertheless, from May 11, 2009 to March 3, 201, the facts charged by the prosecutor of the Installment Transactions Act (wholly amended by Act No. 10141, Mar. 17, 2010) refer to the "Act on Installment Transactions (wholly amended by Act No. 10141, Mar. 17, 2010)" and thus, the term "Act on Installment Transactions (wholly amended by Act No. 10141, Mar. 17, 2010)" refers to "Act on Installment Transactions (wholly amended by Act No. 10141, Mar. 17, 2010) and therefore, it cannot be deemed that it is disadvantageous to the defendant's defense right, and thus, it is decided to be changed ex officio.
Pursuant to Article 3 of the Addenda, it is necessary to register prepaid installment trading business at the time of Busan within the grace period of six months, but without registration.

1. The gist of the claim is that the Defendant is operating a superior business, but does not constitute a prepaid installment trader under the Act on Installment Transactions.
2. According to each evidence of the judgment, the Defendant: (a) succeeded to F Co., Ltd. from G on August 19, 2009 and entered into a prepaid installment transaction contract before the date; (b) paid the full aid fee from the members remaining after the payment period; and (c) Article 1 of the Addenda to the Installment Transactions Act amended by Act No. 10141, Mar. 17, 2010.
