Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the actual operator of the FLifelong Education Center (hereinafter referred to as the “FLifelong Education Center”) in the 8th floor of the Daejeon Jung-gu E building B; Defendant B is the person in charge of accounting of the lifelong education center; G is the representative of the “social enterprise I” in the Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon; and the Defendants are the members of the same J church.

The Defendants: (a) had K, as an affiliated organization of the JJ Association, use part of the lifelong education center office free of charge; (b) on October 2010, when money was required to prepare lease deposits for lifelong education center office; (c) had the workers subject to the subsidization of training expenses, who were employed by G, demoted “the course of sound treatment” irrelevant to the subsidization of training expenses; and (d) applied for the subsidization of training expenses to the Daejeon Regional Employment and Labor Agency for the subsidization of the victim, and subsequently recruited to receive the payment of training expenses.

On October 1, 2010, G issued to Defendant A a certified copy of resident registration, employee ability development card, and copy of labor contract to employees belonging to the said State, and Defendant A had the aforementioned State office from November 11, 2010 to November 23, 201. Defendant A had the aforementioned State office with the lecture of ‘life-sustaining treatment’ directly to workers at the said State office. Defendant B had the attendance at the attendance book for some workers during the above education period, and Defendant B had the false presence at the attendance book for some workers, and on December 10, 2010, at the Daejeon Employment Center located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon Special Metropolitan City on December 56, 2010, submitted an application for payment of training expenses and a copy of attendance book to the public official in charge of special education for children.

However, 29 persons such as the L, etc. of the above I did not receive the education of the special children's training course from the lifelong education center, and there was no consent to the new application of the worker's ability development card.
