1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 500,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from March 13, 2020 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On April 20, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “D”) for the construction of the officetel in Yeongdeungpo-gu E-si.
B. The Defendants, D, F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “F”), the Plaintiff, and G settled the construction cost of KRW 500,000,000 under the said construction contract on March 28, 2018, and the Defendants, D, and F jointly and severally paid the Plaintiff and G KRW 500,000,000.
C. Claim for the payment of KRW 500,000,000 under the above agreement.
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
