1. Basic facts

A. The deceased on June 27, 1971, and the deceased on June 27, 1971, and there was Defendant D, Defendant C, Defendant C, C, and C, C, C, a South-North, the spouse of the deceased.

C. 1) Defendant C is the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Transfer of Ownership of Real Estate, which was enforced at the time (Act No. 3094, hereinafter “Special Measures Act”).

The registration of initial ownership was made on December 5, 1980 with respect to each real estate of this case No. 9 and No. 10; the registration of initial ownership was made on August 20, 1981; the registration of initial ownership was made on August 21, 1981 for each real estate of this case No. 2 and No. 7; the registration of ownership transfer was made on October 7, 1972; and the registration of ownership transfer was made on August 31, 1981 for each real estate of this case No. 11, 12, and 13 on October 7, 1972 with the relevant receipt date and receipt number listed in the separate sheet of Jinwon District Court of Changwon for the registration of ownership transfer was made on October 7, 1972; the defendant C received the registration of ownership transfer for each real estate of this case No. 4502) on June 17, 1995.
