A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From July 2015 to September 6, 2015, the Defendant leased Nos. 701, 709, 901, and 903 of the Busan-gu building C, Busan-gu, and employed four female employees (one name “D”, “E”, etc.) and operated a business establishment similar to F.

On September 15, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 100,000 in return for sexual traffic from a male guest who was not a man in light of around 20:40 on September 15, 2015, and provided guidance to the above 709 heading room, and arranged the act of similarity by allowing the above "E", which was waiting in the atmosphere, to see the sexual organ of the above male guest as his hand.

In addition, from July 2015 to September 16, 2015, the Defendant received at least 80,000 to 120,000 won from the male customers who were in the atmosphere at least 98 times, and arranged sexual traffic by allowing female employees who were in the atmosphere to perform the act of similarity as above in advance at the above establishment, and thereby, thereby gaining profits of at least 3,300,000 won.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging sexual traffic.
