1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 154,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 29, 2017 to the day of full payment.

If the purport of the entire pleadings is added to the statements in Gap evidence 1 and 2, it is recognized that the plaintiff performed metal, windows, and glass construction at the request of the defendant from October 5, 2016 to November 20, 2016, and that the plaintiff and the defendant settled the remaining construction price of KRW 154,00,000 (including value-added tax) while settling transactions on December 28, 2016.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case seeking the above 154,00,000 won and damages for delay against the defendant is accepted for reasons.
