Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 25, 2014, at around 15:00, the Defendant found the victim D(70 years of age) located in Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, and threatened the victim on the ground that he reported the fact that he damaged the forests and fields of sexual intercourse, “I will not kill the same human being. I must die. I will die.” The Defendant threatened the Defendant, as spawn.

Accordingly, the victim "I have to die due to the outbreak of the Republic of Korea," "I have known of the Republic of Korea Chinese medicine test," and threatened the victim, such as "I have attempted to spanize and spawn the bricks in the past."
