1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 196,530,940 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 29, 2018 to the day of full payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On October 21, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant to lease building materials for construction at the site (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) among the construction works for the new construction works for the Hanyang Park (R-4) Special Metropolitan City, which was performed by the Defendant under a subcontract for the construction works for Hanyang Special Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea Hanyang Special Construction Co., Ltd.”), and the Defendant jointly and severally guaranteed the Defendant’s above rental liability.

B. The Plaintiff leased building materials to the Defendant from October 21, 2015 to June 30, 2016 under the instant lease agreement.

C. On July 2016, the Plaintiff and the Defendant drafted a written agreement on the implementation of household rent and non-repaid materials (hereinafter “instant agreement”) with the following content:

As of June 30, 2016, the Plaintiff and the Defendant settled accounts for A (A on-site rents and settlement of accounts for outstanding materials) and the construction site of this case (421,617,400 won) at Jeju-si and the construction site of this case as follows.

ARTICLE 1 (Adjustment of Funds) - Amounting to KRW 39,312,000 for A Field Settlement of Accounts shall be KRW 25,000,000 obtained by subtracting KRW 14,312,000.

(A) The settlement amount of the outstanding amount of the Plaintiff’s settlement at the construction site of this case is determined to be paid in preference to KRW 51,90,000,00,00, which was paid over June 25, 2016 at the construction site of this case.

(A) A. (Completion of Account Settlement, Balance 26,900,000) - The amount of 421,617,400 won on the construction site of this case shall be paid preferentially after settlement at A. The amount of 26,90,000 won after settlement at A.

- - The balance of KRW 18,717,740 for the balance of 394,717,740,000 after the internal storage of part of the material at the instant construction site, shall be KRW 376,00,000,000 for the balance of settlement

(The final balance of the outstanding amount of the plaintiff's settlement of accounts) - Article 2 (The acquisition price of materials) - The amount of temporary materials currently held by the defendant shall be set off against the outstanding amount by the plaintiff in 70,000,000.
