1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. In around 2003, the Gyeonggi-do, Sungnam-si, the Korea Land Corporation, and the Korea National Housing Corporation implemented the housing site development project for the E district for each management area (hereinafter “instant housing site development project”). On August 3, 2007, the plaintiff A, the plaintiff B, the person who was living in Sungnam-si G in Sungnam-si, and the plaintiff B, the person who was living in Sungnam-si, and the person who was subject to livelihood measures under the instant housing site development project from the Korea Land Corporation around August 3, 2007.

Since then, on April 7, 2010, the said provisional parcel number became final and conclusive on April 7, 2010 as JJ large 760,40,000 square meters (hereinafter referred to as the “instant land for livelihood countermeasures”). In addition to the said E area I large 761 square meters and the registration of ownership preservation was completed in the name of Sungnam-si.
3) Meanwhile, in addition to the instant housing site development project, there were other seven cooperatives consisting of the subjects of other living measures in the instant housing site development project (KSA, LAA, MA, NA, OA, PA, PA, and QA). However, the instant cooperatives and the instant seven cooperatives (hereinafter “OA”) together with the instant seven cooperatives, other than the instant seven cooperatives (hereinafter “the instant seven cooperatives”).
