A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 17, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to nine months of imprisonment with prison labor for the acquisition of stolen goods at the Sung-nam Branch of Suwon District Court, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on August 13, 2013.
