A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, C, D, and E conspired with each other to steal property by physical coloring the business places where management was neglected in order to raise living expenses, as they came to know while working as an employee in a singing room.

1. Joint crimes committed by the defendant, C, and D;

A. The Defendant, C, and D, around 17:00 on April 18, 2017, was a H restaurant operated by the injured party G in Busan Dong-gu F, Busan, and the Defendant reported the network around it, and C and D, in the front of the customer, entered the restaurant, and used the creb in which the victim was locked by using the crebs in which the victim was locked.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with C and D, intruded a structure managed by the victim, and stolen the victim's property jointly.

B. On April 19, 2017, at around 22:30, the Defendant, C, and D: (a) reported the network around Busan Dong-dong, and (b) reported the network to the Defendant; and (c) C, C, and D, by entering the main place in the manner of the customer, used the gap in which the victim was locked, using the gap in the market price of KRW 850,000, which is the victim’s possession on the table, 7 mobilephones at the time of Samsung galthmp, which is equivalent to the value of KRW 850,00.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with C and D, intruded a structure managed by the victim, and stolen the victim's property jointly.

On April 19, 2017, the Defendant, C, and D had a 170,000 won in cash and a lot of 650,000 won in the market price, which are included in Chapter 3 and Chapter 1 of only KRW 650,00 in the gift certificates, and 10,000 in the market price, when the Defendant, C, and D had a string box operated by the victim M in Busan, Busan, Busan, on April 19, 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with C and D, intruded a structure managed by the victim, and stolen the victim's property jointly.
